FirstDay — Privacy Policy

FirstDay is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale ordering app used by approved wholesale and trade customers of the FirstDay clothing brand to browse designs and place bulk orders. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Phone number — used to sign you in via a one-time password (OTP) and to identify your account.
• Business details you provide — business/shop name, contact name, GST number (optional), and your shipping address(es).
• Order information — the designs, sizes, and quantities you order, and any notes you add.
• Device push token — if you allow notifications, so we can send order-status and new-design updates.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and operate your account.
• To process and fulfil the orders you place.
• To send order-status updates and, if enabled, notifications about new designs.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers that run the app: our hosting and database provider, our image-hosting provider, and the phone-authentication and push-notification providers. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Your choices

• You can turn push notifications off in your device settings.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us.

Access & approval

FirstDay is invite-and-approval only. New registrations are reviewed and approved by our team before an account can browse designs or place orders.
